Resify provides "done-for-you" direct booking website creation and hosting services for independent hosts, property managers, and boutique hoteliers. We handle the design, setup, and maintenance of your website, allowing you to accept direct bookings and manage your online presence.

2. Account Access and Responsibilities

To use our Services, you may be required to create an account or provide business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Fees and Payment

By subscribing to Resify, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as outlined in your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

Resify Property: The platform, proprietary software, design templates, and codebase remain the intellectual property of Resify.
User Content: You retain all rights to the text, images, logos, and property information you provide to us to build your website. By providing this content, you grant Resify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5. Service Availability and Support

We strive to ensure our Services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We will provide support services as described in your chosen plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time without long-term penalty. Upon cancellation, your website may be taken offline at the end of your current billing cycle. Resify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for material breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and maintaining a visible notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
